Hillfield Strathallan College is one of the largest independent schools in Canada, located in Hamilton Ontario. Consisting of four schools within the college (Montessori, Junior, Middle, and Senior), the College provides an environment where students can "Learn with joy and live with purpose".
This video was developed to showcase the unique environment and benefits for faculty and staff working at the college, as well as to promote the institution as an employer. Speaking with employee across the College, I captured interviews highlighting their experiences and supplementary footage depicting these advantages. Once captured, the material was edited and shaped into a cohesive narrative.
